1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Email Request within 48 Hours

  • A refund request must be sent from the registered email ID to info@capitalcorporat.com within 48 hours of purchasing the membership.
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment mode as the original transaction.
  • Refund timelines depend on the banks and may take 7–8 working days.

2. Language Barrier

  • If the customer is unable to communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they may apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership.

3. Service Location Restrictions

  • Certain areas/locations may not be serviced by Capital Corporat .
  • If a customer from such an area purchases a membership, they may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
